At Scythe Create, we take pride in delivering high-quality video editing services. Since our work involves creative and digital deliverables, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only considered if no work has been started after the deposit is paid
• If significant work has been completed, refunds may not be possible
• Clients must provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction with the initial draft
• Requests must be made within 7 days of project commencement

Non-Refundable Situations

• Deposits are non-refundable once editing work begins
• Change of mind or cancellation after substantial progress
• Dissatisfaction due to unclear project requirements from the client
• Third-party costs (e.g., music licensing, stock footage purchases)

Partial Refunds

In certain cases where the final work does not align with the agreed project scope, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Scythe Create, proportional to the work completed.

Refund Process

• Submit a refund request via email within the refund eligibility period
• Refund approvals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used
